Returns, cancellations & refunds

Because our kits contain baby care and hygiene products, we can't accept returns of opened or used items. But if something is wrong, we'll make it right.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

• Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (an unboxing video helps).
• We'll send a free replacement of the affected item, or refund its value.

Cancellation

• Cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Message us with your order number.
• Once dispatched, an order can't be cancelled.

Refunds

• Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For cash on delivery orders, we refund by UPI or bank transfer.
• If payment was deducted but the order didn't go through, it is refunded automatically by your bank or Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
